Last updated: October 03, 2026

1. Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules, content standards, moderation mechanisms, reporting procedures, and enforcement actions for using ColoringBookForge's AI-powered coloring book generation service. All users, developers, and businesses using the platform must comply with this policy.

This policy applies to all content forms generated through or submitted to the Service, including: AI-generated line art images, text prompts and instructions submitted by users, and any content stored or published via the platform.

2. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

ColoringBookForge explicitly prohibits generating the following six categories of content:

  • Sexually explicit / NSFW content.
  • Violent or gory content.
  • Hate speech.
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
  • Deepfake or impersonation of real individuals.

  • Content promoting or assisting terrorism, extremism, or mass violence.

  • Infringing intellectual property, portrait rights, or privacy rights.
  • Misrepresenting AI-generated artwork as hand-drawn human work.
  • Bulk-generating spam or fraudulent content.
  • Using jailbreak prompts or techniques to circumvent platform safety systems.

3. Content Moderation Mechanism

ColoringBookForge employs a multi-layer content moderation system: automatic filtering in real time, human review for flagged content, and periodic random audits.

3.1 Automatic Filtering (Real Time)

All requests and generated content are scanned in real time by safety filters:

  • Input filtering: User prompts are checked for prohibited keywords, semantic risk, and intent.
  • Output filtering: Generated content is assessed for safety before being returned to the user.
  • Usage pattern analysis: Abnormal API call behavior is monitored and flagged.
  • Safety model: ColoringBookForge uses automated content moderation — Creem's prompt moderation API for input filtering, DeepSeek AI's built-in safety filters for output assessment, and proprietary rule-based filters.

3.2 Human Review

  • Automatically flagged content enters a human review queue.
  • User-reported content is reviewed by the Trust & Safety team.
  • Review team members complete content safety training and sign confidentiality agreements.

3.3 Periodic Audits

  • Random sampling audits are conducted monthly.
  • Automatic moderation system accuracy is regularly evaluated and improved.
