Welcome to ColoringBookForge ("ColoringBookForge", "we", "us", or "our"). ColoringBookForge is operated by a sole proprietor operating under applicable laws. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered coloring book generation service, including generating black-and-white line art coloring pages through artificial intelligence, available at coloringbookforge.tech (the "Service").
By creating an account, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.
Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
ColoringBookForge provides an AI-powered platform that generates black-and-white line art coloring book pages from your text prompts and selections. The Service is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product delivered over the Internet.
Service nature: The Service is a digital, intangible product. Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital services, refunds are subject to specific limitations — see Section 7.
AI model: The Service uses DeepSeek AI models (provided by DeepSeek AI, Shanghai, China) as the underlying AI engine to generate coloring book line art. Service performance and availability may be affected by DeepSeek's operational status.
You must provide accurate, complete information to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
The Service uses a credit-based system. You purchase credit packs to access AI generation. Current available packs and pricing are listed at coloringbookforge.tech/pricing.
Each credit pack purchase is a single, one-time transaction. Completing a purchase authorizes ColoringBookForge to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout.
All payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor and Merchant of Record. Waffo handles payment collection, tax compliance, and remittance on our behalf. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.) unless stated otherwise.
If your account is terminated (by you or by us), unused credits are retained for 30 days following account termination. After that period, unused credits expire and are not refunded, unless required by applicable law.
Consumed credits are non-refundable as the service is delivered immediately upon generation. The following exceptions apply:
To request a refund, email support@coloringbookforge.tech with your account email and transaction ID. We respond within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at billing@coloringbookforge.tech before contacting your bank or card issuer. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
Output ownership: Subject to these Terms, AI-generated coloring book content ("Output") belongs to you. You may use Output for any lawful purpose consistent with the Permitted Use Policy.
Input license: By submitting content to the Service ("Input"), you grant ColoringBookForge a limited, non-exclusive license to process your Input solely to provide the Service. We do not use your Input to train AI models.
Third-party AI model: The Service uses DeepSeek AI models. Output may reflect the characteristics of those models. We do not guarantee specific output quality and are not responsible for third-party model-generated content.
AI output accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying Output before relying on it in any consequential context.
AI-specific prohibitions: You may not use ColoringBookForge's inputs, outputs, model responses, or any derivative data to train, fine-tune, benchmark, distill, or otherwise develop any AI or machine learning model that directly or indirectly competes with ColoringBookForge or any ColoringBookForge product.
You agree NOT to use ColoringBookForge to:
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Payment card data is handled exclusively by Waffo Pancake, our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor and Merchant of Record, and is not stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days following account cancellation, then deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
AI Output Disclaimer: AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not use it for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify with a qualified professional before acting on AI-generated content.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ColoringBookForge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or are required to do so by law. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@coloringbookforge.tech.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact us at legal@coloringbookforge.tech to seek informal resolution.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
